Refunds Policy

If an item is faulty or significantly not as described, we will provide a replacement, full refund or store credit, depending on the purchasers request. If you suffer buyers remorse then you can return the item in original packaging at your own postage cost for a full refund but only if the item is unused, Refund will only be provided once item has been delivered back to Tool Supplies Direct. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery of goods.
